No refunds are permitted for this gift certificate. Vouchers have a value equal to that which is purchased and printed on the Gift Voucher. Models / Clients must be prepared to travel to the Allen County area INDIANA for an appointment. This comprises of the photography session and the printed Gift Voucher value towards products purchased through L.Ballenger Photography. The Gift Voucher has no cash value. Vouchers are not transferable or refundable. Only one voucher may be used per session. Vouchers may only be used for new sessions and may not be used to purchase products from previous sessions. L.Ballenger Photography policy on digital image include that that amount of images per package will be provided, any additional images desired on top of the amount provided will be an additional $5 per photo. All wall art comes fully finished and ready to hang on your wall and this gift certificate will not cover such cost. Prints, canvasing, ect are additionally priced. Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Promotions or vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Photo/viewing sessions once booked may not be canceled and may only be rescheduled once. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (which are deemed to be out of the control of L.Ballenger Photography), L.Ballenger Photography reserves the right to substitute any or all aspects of the service with a suitable alternative to an equivalent value. On some occasions, this may involve changing appointment times and dates or moving the booking to a partner photographer. The client will be given sufficient notice should this occur. L.Ballenger Photography accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any equipment or personal belongings brought to the session nor for personal injury of the clients during the session. Copyright remains with L.Ballenger Photography. All clients using L.Ballenger Photography agree that any images taken belong to L.Ballenger Photography and can be used for advertising/display purposes at L.Ballenger Photography discretion. L.Ballenger Photography will endeavor to provide a pleasing color balance, but cannot guarantee exact color matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibers. It’s sometimes impossible to record on film/digital file the exact color as seen by the human eye. Portrait clients must attend the viewing session otherwise the voucher will be rendered invalid. The client must be willing to meet the photographer in the Allen Co. area of Indiana, travel-time outside of Allen Co. will cost additional (25 cents/mile) to and from the destination.
